Can't run plugins on Windows

Is there any tutorial how to run included plugins on windows?

At the beginning I can't event see them in DAW.
After I installed https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 they scanned succesfully.
Maybe it's worth mention somewhere that you need this?

Anyway right now plugins without GUI works, other crashes DAW.

I'm testing on REAPER on windows 10.

Am I doing something wrong?
