Waste Bin not showing, ok until Friday PM

Issue Information

Hi
Waste collection stopped working Friday PM, I have tried rebooting HA host and creating another Service which did not rectify the issue.

I get this error
Failed setup, will retry: Unexpected error: Initial page did not load correctly

and attached the 3 log files which I have copied into one file
