Even though this is the old version now, it's still very valuable to merge this now, and then go on with the new stuff later, thank you for you great work on that front Trevor 👍🏻

This PR will merge legacy
rpminspectanalysis work from Rocky Linux 8.5 into this repository as a historical record prior to a new repository being create to house therpminspectwork en-masse which has received significant updates for Rocky Linux 9.2.The code and documentation in this PR will be the final set of commits for
rpminspectanalysis in this repository before the entirerpminspectdirectory content is replicated in the new repository.NOTE: The code in these commits hasn't been run since Nov 2021 and is not the code used to perform more recent analysis.
