fix: smooth chat profile panel navigation

Summary

• animate chat identity profile panels in and out to reduce abrupt modal changes
• keep /agents/{callsign} URLs but redirect them to the team page with that agent detail panel opened
• make the team page open the agent profile panel from the agent query parameter

• pnpm typecheck

• git diff --check origin/main..HEAD
• push hook ran pnpm typecheck and pnpm build
