Minor optimizations

• Remove recipe dropdown selector on featured recipes creator (just click the feature button on the recipe view)
• Add map function to readContentIndex so items can be lazily mapped before being inserted into array.
• use fs-extra readJSON over re-creating it with json.parse all throughout the repo
