[Feature] Sync favorites/completion status with playnite #59

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like ROMM to hold favorites and completion status. Its not very useful outside of ROMM unless you can sync to local frontend emulator like playnite.
Describe the solution you'd like
Sync favorite status from each rom to playnite. Also sync completion statuses which are compatible with playnite:
Never playing / Abandoned
Finished / Beaten
Completed 100% / Completed
Retired / Played
Backlogged / Plan to Play
Now playing / Playing
Incomplete / On Hold
