[Feature] Choose the language of downloaded metadata

So far, all the metadata that romm downloads is in English, but not everyone understands English. ScreenScraper allows you to download metadata in multiple languages.

The user could, for example, choose their preferred language. If romm finds the metadata in the language chosen in their settings, it will download it, or if it doesn't find it, it will download the metadata in English by substitution.
