[Bug] PS Vita PKGj feed returning "PlayStation Vita platform not found"

Describe the bug
When I visit /api/feeds/pkgi/psvita/game, instead of seeing a list of games that PKG can use, the response is instead {"detail":"PlayStation Vita platform not found"}, despite having imported two PS Vita games into RomM.

I don't know if it's relevant, but in my config.yml file I have

system:
  platforms:
    PSP Vita: psvita

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have at least one PS Vita Game imported into RomM
2. Visit /api/feeds/pkgi/psvita/game
3. Observe a {"detail":"PlayStation Vita platform not found"} response

Expected behavior
I don't know the exact response, but looking from the feature requests for RomM on this feature, it looks like it's meant to be csv file
