Rename `XXXFlyweight` in `frames` package to `XXXCodec`

Right now all frames Flyweight in frames package is not really flyweights but rather set of codecs that allow to encode and decode frame to/from ByteBuf.

The Flyweight naming is a legacy one. Therefore I propose to rename all frames Flyweight codecs for clarity
