In #33, file extensions have been added to source code, but caused an issue of bundled dts that
color.jscan not be resolved.This should be a bug of
api-extractor, see:The fix PR microsoft/rushstack#5288 has not been merged yet.
So In this PR, we emit bundleless dts instead since file extensions have been added to source code in #33,
"moduleResolution": "node16"will also work thus issue in #37 will be resolved too.
