Build a way to dedupe Category

For the UI:

• Have two dropdowns of Category data on a page:

  1. Record to Keep
  2. Record to Delete

• Get taken to a preview page where you see both records in a vertical column side by side, along with sections for any associated data that will get moved over

• Reassign any associated data from record_to_delete to record_to_keep

  • For example, if there are Workshops tagged with the Category to delete, those Workshops will now be tagged with Category to Keep instead

• Delete the record_to_delete
