Sector tags on Organization profile pull from direct and from active affiliations

what do you think of this?

• on org show, we show them all together, with no dupes
• on org populations_served we show just the direct ones, and then a list below that of each sector and the count through affiliations
• on org edit/form, we show a comma separated list of tags that come from affiliations at the bottom of the Sectors section? so, we still edit the direct Sector assns, but, we don't manage the associated/affiliated ones on org edit

@maebeale I can take this! I like the second approach. Maybe on the org show page we could display a few sectors and truncate if there are too many, showing ... so users know there’s more. Then on /populations_served we can show the direct sectors first, followed by the sectors from affiliations along with counts.
