These scripts fetch upstream grammars and convert them to JSON in the syntaxes directory. This will make it much easier to keep up with upstream changes to the grammars

update-grammarandupdate-all-grammarsscripts from vscode core to make it easier to pull in grammar updates down the road. This should be a lot easier than one-off debugging grammar issues.package-lock.json
