rustdoc: awkward indent when heading is first item in docblock

On pages like https://doc.rust-lang.org/nightly/std/index.html, where the first item in the docblock is a heading, there is an awkward indent to that heading:

This is intentional (#45450), but we should find another way to do this that doesn't disrupt the visual flow of the document.
