feat: position windows with taskbar size and placement in mind

Description:

Currently, Positioner doesn't account for the Windows taskbar size or placement, which can cause window collisions/overlaps

@s0d3s looks better - now the window is visible again. One small thing - when I open the snapshots window - it is opened on the right and I'm having trouble moving it (my taskbar is on the right, see below):
