results z-index issue #42

Thanks for the nice component!
I have been trying to use paper-typeahead above a google-map component and the results are falling behind the map. I have a repro case here: https://plnkr.co/edit/wlL9pIxZnj5XBKnxhfXo
Manually setting a zIndex on the paper-material element seems to fix the issue (commented out in repro case).
I think this is an issue that should be resolved in the typeahead but I am new to polymer, so I may be doing something wrong. Is there a better way to handle this situation? Thanks!
