build: Bump libphosh to 0.0.7

This one builds with Phosh 0.49 but is otherwise ABI compatible.

I'll make the next libphosh release 0.1.0 so we don't have to play catch-up with ABI compatible minor versions.

@samcday This broke the build on main as copr lacks libphosh-rs 0.0.7, what would be the best way to get it updated there? (As noted in another issues I'll make the next libphosh-rs 0.1.0 so we can just depend on 0.1 and let cargo figure out the rest.

I'm going to deprecate the COPR build, as I don't see a viable pathway for libphosh in Fedora until the GTK4 migration happens. I'll disable it on main and elsewhere imminently 👍
