[Feature]: App Lock using "App Usage Data" permission instead of Accessibility

Problem Statement

Essentials currently requires accessibility permission to enable "App Lock" feature.
I typically don't grant accessibility permission to any app unless it is absolutely necessary. Also, Google is going to lock down accessibility permission in near future anyway.

Proposed Solution

So, for App Lock, could you please use the "App Usage Data" permission? (I currently use an app purpose built for app lock and that works via both permissions. Not sure if I'm allowed to mention other apps here.)

Hi if it's an open source app, please feel free to mention the other app so I can take a look at the implementation. I still think it might not be easy since we can't do full screen overlays without accessibility but I will see what I can do.
