This is a working code that generates correctly formatted qmd flie. However, it is not able to generate pdf report corretly. html report is generated per expectation. In the next attempt we will try to use typst system for type-setting of the report to pdf.

There are still some outstanding and logical issues. These are mostly related to my mental model of how things are working vis-a-vis how I think they should be working. I can get a qmd file that is correctly formatted, but I still cannot get the pdflatex output working correctly. That now becomes my ultimate aim. One aim is to give this as a presentation. I do not know how much traction it will get.
