Introduce Scope Domain

In #180, I breakdown Mistakes into various categories, including

• Information is provided with too narrow of a scope
• Irrelevant information is provided

Since these both have to do with scope (which I've noticed with my todo questions in the screenshot below), I've considered grouping these into the category of "Information is provided with an incorrect scope". My questions:

1. Is it better to keep these separate for clarity, for the same reason we classified these Mistakes in the first place @JacquesCarette, and
2. If we decide to group these Mistakes, would it be worth it to add a flaw domain of "Scope" (similar to our flaw domain of "Traceability")?

A flaw domain of "Scope" seems reasonable. And I guess that inside that, the flaws could be too narrow, too broad and irrelevant?

Sounds good to me - I won't make this change just yet, but will keep my eye open for other examples. What would be the distinction between "too broad" and "irrelevant"? They seem like they could be synonyms (unless "irrelevant" is for information that is totally out of scope and "too broad" for partially out of scope).

"too broad" includes all the relevant stuff, but is too big an umbrella, where "irrelevant" is all off to the side. So what you said in parens.
