Model Id converter should use IDE configuration from edit modes #119

Currently when running model id to name and name to id conversion tool (Ctrl+Alt+H) Sanny always uses the game directory as the input for the GetObjectID lib. As game directory is now optional #48 and IDE files could be local (see custom edit modes by OrionSR #6) the conversion tool simply doesn't work when the game directory is not set.

Need to come up with a proper way of dealing with missing game directory. As an option use IDE configuration from modes.xml
