Updating Library files from IDE does not work for some users #172
Description
some people report that Sanny can't download files from Sanny Builder Library. The version check works and Sanny offers an update but the download action (both manual and auto-update) does nothing.
libclient2 run as a standalone tool works fine and is able to download the file.
