Enums in editor

1. Enums are not correctly highlighted in the editor:
   
   In my understanding value and enum name should always be colored.

2. Language service has no support for enums at all.
   Enums are not listed on autocomplete suggestions list, there is also no list for values available in the menu.

Note that they cannot be used in variable assignments or in any arithmetic or logical operations.
