[Enhancement] Add line number to errors in compile.log for CLI

The compile.log file contains only the error message without a line number, making it harder to work with the CLI
Before:

error: Unknown directive Math.Do2DRec1tanglesCollide(........)

After

error: line 1286: Unknown directive Math.Do2DRec1tanglesCollide(........)
