This is what happens if I'm trying to send any messages.

Here I can't use other ports instead of 80 because it occurs "connection could not establish".

Here I'm new to learn about sockets so brief explanation is really appreciable.

theirs a server code update to use: stream_socket_server()

this fixes ssl/https then you can use https with any spare port
