This repo contains code behind the Breedbase system (including Cassavabase, Musabase, Sweetpotatobase, Yambase) and the Sol Genomics Network website.
Docker images are available for the system at Dockerhub, both for the web component and for the postgres component, so you shouldn't need to build the system yourself.
