…onstraint (0.2.3) The <agents> XML block was advisory only. Add an explicit constraint: 'You are an orchestrator. All task work must be delegated to subagents via runSubagent. Adds explicit delegation constraint to the XML block: model must delegate all work via runSubagent, not implement directly. Bumps to 0.2.3.
