Now precomp available english only version. It would be great to add a simple option for users to translate strings precomp into your language. In my opinion it is better to do it like 7zip (a separate folder with files like: de.txt, fr.txt etc.) The program can detect the system language and automatically use the right file. If the file for the system language does not exist - use English. If the inside of the language file is missing a translation for one of the string is to use the English version of this string. This will give the user more user-friendly and intuitive interface. The translation of program will provide the community.

I'm attaching this to the v0.5 milestone as it makes most sense to do this together with the creation of a GUI (which is planned for v0.5). I don't think the effort is justified for the command-line version.
