chore(deps): bump pypa/cibuildwheel from 2.11.1 to 2.11.2#300

Ahh, "transport 'file' not allowed" we hit the recent security fix in Git. Was just thinking I would make it through this security update without issues 🤦 |
|
@jcfr, @thewtex I'm not seeing local submodules here, is this an issue with CMake's test suite? I think I can get CI going again with Opened https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/cmake/-/issues/24105. |

Maybe it could be an issue with the test suite? It would not hurt to merge / rebase on #305 to see if any Git updates help. |

It's been fixed in the upcoming 3.24.3 & 3.25 releases. I don't really know why my skips aren't working, will have to look up the syntax or just wait for 3.24.3 (this sounds better ATM ;) ). |

Let's just wait for 3.24.3 or 3.25.0
I'll revert the git global setting in another PR |
