Description
Problem
In the published doc URL, Release Notes does not display the new commits made to CHANGELOG.rst in the main branch during release CI.
Example:
labpdfproc version 0.2.0 published:
The Release Notes section does not contain 0.2.0:
Proposed solution
Use test pypi and a test repository to investigate and fix the issue.
(High priority) investigating throughout the day, then use workflow dispatch to re-render the doc.
