Refactor the tab bar component to be used in both the keyboard and conjugation apps

Description

As of now we have a tab bar component that's being used in the keyboard app, but we also want this same component to be usable from within the conjugation app. This issue would explore and implement changes to the component to allow it to be used within the build of the Conjugate app.

We'd know that this issue is completed when:

• The tab bar functionality of the keyboard app is maintained as it is now
• We have a tab bar using the shared component within the Conjugate app build
  • The Conjugate app tab bar would have the Settings and About options as the Keyboard app has, but the left most tab option would be "Conjugate"

Contribution

This issue will unlock a lot of work that can be done with the rest of the Conjugate app. Happy to support and review a PR! 😊

Is the Conjugate app already a separate build flavor/module, or does it need to be set up?
Should "Conjugate" tab navigate to a placeholder screen for now, or is there an existing conjugation screen to link to?

Sure you can pick this up, @Femimat! The conjugate app is already a separate build, and for this we don't need any content on the different tabs, just that the tab switch. Maybe for now we can just do different colors for the tab backgrounds?

Thanks for the clarification @andrewtavis! Just to confirm my understanding:

• Refactor the existing tab bar component so it's reusable across both apps
• Keyboard app tabs remain unchanged
• Conjugate app gets a tab bar with "Conjugate | Settings | About", with different background colors per tab as placeholders for now

I'll start by locating the current tab bar component and the Conjugate app's MainActivity. Happy to open a PR once I have a working implementation. Let me know if I'm missing anything!
