Switch translation "Not in Wikidata" to "Not in Wiktionary"

Description

Scribe will start using Wiktionary for translations. To prepare for this, we should switch the message displayed to the user when we have no data for translations from "Not in Wikidata" to "Not in Wiktionary". These strings are hard coded in the application in the interface value files and should be added for each language.

Note that it might make sense for you to look at the WIP PR for the Android app that's doing the same thing: scribe-org/Scribe-Android#557. There are a few things that need to be fixed with that, but the general idea is getting there :) See my comments with directions to finalize it.

The big thing is:

• We want both "Not in Wikidata" and "Not in Wiktionary" messages
• We want these values to be hard coded now as we're not going to be using the language of the device, but rather the language of the keyboard
• We want the "Not in Wikidata" messages to be displayed to the user if they do a conjugation or a plural command
• We want the "Not in Wiktionary" messages to be displayed to the user if they do a translation
