[BUG] Extremely slow browser

Problem Description

I have something like 1000 installed usrescript most of them are disable and only around 200 are enabled, yet as soon as I activate ScriptCat extension everything becomes extremely slow and unusable! I switched form TamperMonkey and ViolentMonkey in hope that ScriptCat solves the problem and makes it possible to have a lot of userscripts installed but few enabled.

Reproduction Steps

Just install several hundreds of userscripts and disable most of them!

I hope this resolves the issue and significantly optimizes userscript handling, perhaps by caching the parts that enable display on specific websites (@match) along with relevant details, possibly running in WASM to allow power users to benefit without drawbacks.

I also have additional ideas and may submit feature requests to improve manageability. I've even considered creating my own userscript manager with AI assistance to address this persistent problem and add essential features missing from current managers. However, I lack the workflow to undertake such a monumental task for now.

I sincerely hope you remain open to suggestions and incorporate most of my proposals to benefit the entire community.
