把导入脚本的方法抽离为函数，方便逻辑复用
arco的拖拽上传不是很好用，额外引入react-dropzone库现在拖拽导入、点击按钮导入共用
#import-local元素，两者都通过#import-local上传脚本文件，本地导入流程：
点击/拖拽事件→uploadFiles→readFile→importByUrls网页导入流程：
点击事件→importByUrls
