[Bug]: Incorrect `L1ScrollMessenger` address and `gasLimit`

### Describe the bug

+ The address of `L1ScrollMessenger` is incorrect in a few docs.
+ The `gasLimit` should not be `5000`. It is not enough. Change to `1000000` should be better.
