The package organization of pytometry is already in quite a good shape, but I'd suggest to fully align it with cookiecutter-scverse for consistency with the other packages and to get the latest-greatest setups for linting and documentation.

EDIT: At this point, I'd probably also move the documentation to readthedocs. It has some useful features like PR builds and keeping different versions of the documentation and we use it basically everywhere else.
