Necrotic Bones

Nice. Done.

This PR *finally* fixes the Necrotic Bones problem by creating a recipe for it. As this is key progression for obtaining Nether Stars, I came up with an accordingly hard recipe.

Primal Aspectus

Once again I made a new item (Primal Aspectus), just couldn't help myself. Said item is a fusion of all the Embers aspecti and can only be crafted in an Iridescent Altar. It is used as a catalyst for the Necrotic Bones alchemy recipe and needs some high tier materials.

• 6 Manyullyn Nuggets
• 2 HOP Graphite Dust
• Inflictor Gem
• all the Embers Aspecti

Necrotic Bone

Here, the most difficult thing to do isn't getting the ingredients, it's the setup. First, you need a hell lot of Ash Piles (up to 420 lol) and some patience. This requires you to craft multiple Primal Aspecti as a single Pedestal can only hold a maximum of 64 Ash. Another really annoying side effect is that you have to fail this recipe at least once (given how Embers alchemy works).

• Bone
• 2 Ashen Fabric
• 2 Black Bone Meal
• (7 Primal Aspectus but just once)
• 384 - 420 Ash Pile

I love the idea of the primal aspectus. Such a cool thing with the animated texture that is pulsating in all the colours of it's various ingredients. This will make such a cool addition also in other recipes.

But I don't think the necrotic bone recipe is such a good idea.
There already is a way to obtain necrotic bones: Loot Kits.
The real problem is that the custom recipes for specialised loot kits broke their balancing, see #128

Rather than adding just another way to obtain them I think the loot kits recipes should be fixed.
