[GitHub API] Deprecation notice for authentication via URL query parameters

Seems the plugin is using a depreciated authentication method. 

Message from Github was:
> Please use Basic Authentication instead as using OAuth credentials in query parameters has been deprecated.

> Depending on your API usage, we'll be sending you this email reminder on a monthly basis.

I've been getting these for quite some time now.
