Add routing functionality

FlowRouter seems the de-facto solution featured by Meteor official guides: http://guide.meteor.com/routing.html

A few resources on the subject:

We should expose a few routes:

• /settings
• /dashboard
• /mood/:mood/:token

I guess that the mood was retrieve when the team memeber answer to the bot not with a link
