ass generate

`ass generate` will take in multiple parameters and automatically generate an Assfile.

For example:
```
ass generate --name "SESH API" --endpoint POST http://localhost:4000/graphql --endpoint GET http://localhost:4000/manifest
```

It will automatically capture information from these urls and generate an Assfile from their response body and status codes
