CLAUDE.md is tracked (public repo) but had accumulated a development-log character. Cut the milestone "What's done" sections (CHANGELOG covers releases), the "Known issues blocking public release" section (resolved issues + debugging post-mortems), personal-workflow lines, and stale one-liners. Kept the evergreen parts verbatim (JS-Swift bridge, non-obvious invariants, signing) and rewrote Layout/Run/Conventions for accuracy. 173 -> 141 lines. Why
CLAUDE.mdis tracked (and the repo is public), but it had drifted into arunning development log: resolved-issue post-mortems, debugging narration
("we tried this in the May 2026 session… reverted"), and milestone-by-
milestone history. None of that serves a future contributor — and release
history already lives in
