SearchPage Categories Loading #15

This may be a non-issue once a bulk of the content is loaded...
Since there is currently very little content loaded only a few categories were showing in the SearchPage list. When more content was added, resulting in more Categories that should show on the SearchPage screen, the app had to be restarted in order to fetch the Categories again.
As a bandaid, I moved the GetCategories call to the OnAppearing event. This works but is a little heavy handed and locks the UI for a moment while running the call.
I don't have any great ideas on how to harden this yet, but logging here to get tackled at some point.
