I can certainly somehow split this PR into many different ones. However, from what I can tell, I am still not done adding more functions :) |

This PR updates Gradle to 8.3 and all the dependencies to their newest versions (although it could be argued that JUnit 5 is also an update, I did not update to that yet).
This also adds support for grids (thanks to daniel-tucano) and axlines (axvline and axhline)
