Problem
Rendered text gets duplicated/overlapped during normal use. The duplication appears to be "1 behind" what is typed, suggesting the diff-based renderer is comparing against a stale previous frame.
Visible in the zone area: assistant output interleaves with system log lines, and rendered text bleeds into adjacent lines.
