The tool approval prompt is displayed as standard text. When reading through conversation output it is easy to overlook.
Desired behaviour
Use inverse/negative background colour for the approval line, matching the approach taken in the legacy claude-cli. Makes the prompt immediately visually distinct from surrounding response text.
