Fixes #135. The issue was raised that the documentation was not crystal clear on how users should add the
webpack-plugin-serve/clientscript toentryin a webpack config. The documentation added provides several examples for commonentryconfiguration patterns, and links to the documentation in both the root README, and the recipes README.
