Video on the back should not autoplay. Instead, an image should be shown. (Ideally the video's middle frame? But the first or last frame would be fine instead?) Ideally, clicking the image of an card back would play/pause that video.
Video on the card front should still autoplay, and the Replay link should continue to work as is. Eventually, it would be nice to have the video play inline rather than in a popup window. (In the meantime, just moving it to the left or top-left would be nice. Tweaking the video size would be nice too--up or down depending on the resolution. The ASL videos are pretty small.)
