FlexBridge build uses unpublished Chorus package

Directory.Build.props currently (2024-12-03) has <ChorusVersion>6.0.0-beta0059</ChorusVersion>, but https://www.nuget.org/packages/SIL.Chorus.ChorusMerge/6.0.0-beta0059 says that beta0059 was unlisted by the package owner. So I currently cannot get flexbridge to compile.

This issue is just to remind us to bump the ChorusVersion to beta0060 or higher once a new Chorus build is made, or once beta0059's problems are fixed and it's un-unlisted (relisted?).

beta0060 and 0061 are now available on nuget.org, so I should take care of this one now.

Now having trouble running Chorus tests because Mercurial 6.5.1 fails to run under Python 3.13. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mercurial/+bug/2076152 appears related, and we might need to either patch Mercurial4Chorus (using the patches available from https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mercurial/+bug/2076152/comments/9) or release another update that bumps Mercurial to one of versions 6.6.3, 6.9, or 7.0.1 (the versions for which a TortoiseHg build is available). That will be a big project, but may be necessary.

The bugfix apparently went into Mercurial 6.7.2, so version 6.9 or 7.0.1 would be the best ones to use if we're going to update Mercurial4Chorus.

sillsdev/Mercurial4Chorus#30 will update Mercurial to version 7.0.1 which will run under Python 3.13. Once that is merged and a new version of Chorus released, this PR should be unblocked again.
