LibreOffice: SectionHead_scrSection_columns_scrBook_scrBody_.avu should inherit fontsize from parent

If the fontsize is the same as the parent style, it should NOT be specified in the child style. This is a large shortcoming in the LibreOffice styles generated by pathway. Changing the document's fontsize is a big pain because MANY styles need to be adjusted.
