Setup a clean GitHub Pages landing page for the project and update pom.xml with the Pages URL.
Tasks
- Create index.html landing page with project overview
- Remove wiki references (not implementing wiki)
- Simplify page design for a small focused project
- Add GitHub Pages URL to pom.xml
- Match Resources buttons to what was in navigation
